INVISALIGN® - INVISIBLE BRACES

What is Invisalign?

Invisalign transitions you through multiple, personalized sets of transparent, comfortable, and removable aligners to adjust your teeth. These wire-free aligners will gradually adjust your teeth into the proper position. Due to their transparent nature, Invisalign is a good option for people with a strong value for aesthetic.

How does the process work?

1. Consultation:

Invisalign treatment starts with a free, initial consultation. During this consultation, our dentist will review your teeth to determine whether Invisalign treatment is right for you. Please note that Invisalign is not a good fit for everyone. This is an opportunity for you to learn more about the treatment process and ask any questions you may have.

2. Personalized Treatment Plan

After the consultation, we will take impressions and x-rays of your teeth. This will allow us to piece together a 3D image of your teeth and order your fitted aligners based on your personalized treatment plan. By the end of this step, you will get an idea as to how long the treatment will take and see an image of what the final result should look like.

3. First Set of Aligners

Your first set of aligners will be ready at our office in a few week's time. When picking up these first aligners, our dentist will ensure proper fit and answer any outstanding questions.

4. Wearing Your Aligners

After the first set of aligners, you will transition into new sets every few weeks. You will need to visit our office every few sets of aligners to monitor the progress and pick up new sets. During this process, you can still eat, drink, and play like you normally do. We recommend that you wear these aligners for over 20-22 hours a day for optimal results, but you are free to remove them when you're eating or brushing your teeth. Your concerns are important to us—if any questions arise during your treatment, we welcome you to contact us for answers.

5. After Your Treatment

Your Invisalign treatment will leave you with a brand new smile. To maintain this look, we will provide you with wearable, non-invasive retainers. Daily retainer use will help ensure that your teeth stay straight for a lifetime.
